The Small Island Developing States (SIDS) Hub is based Université de l’Itasy (University of Itasy) in Madagascar.

The Rift Valley National Polytechnic (RVNP) hosts the GCSAYN Global Coordination Unit (GCU)/ Secretariat. The Pan-African Hub and GCSAYN Center of Excellence in Kenya is hosted by University of Kabianga (UoK).
